很遗憾我今天是来递交辞职报告，在我做出这个决定之前我思考了好长时间，再加上最近找了份新的工作。我权衡了现在的工作和新工作的利弊，最终我还是选择离开。离开的原因是因为我对现在所从事的行业已经逐渐失去激情，再也无法像当初刚进×××公司那样，昂扬的斗志，富有激情的加班加点的工作，再加上公司对待员工有一些方面不是很合理，比如加班没有工资，无法享受国家法定节假日等。我觉得做为it从业人员需要更加饱满的精神来工作，而不是每天高强度的工作，使得工作效率比较低。
最后，祝×××公司蒸蒸日上，在it行业更上一层楼。
希望领导能够批准我的辞职。
